Famed Hip Hop Impresario Master P Guest Stars

"Grand Master" -- Mac and Aiden investigate the murder of an up-and-coming hip-hop artist who was stabbed to death shortly after being crowned the winner of a DJ contest and days after signing on with a new label, on a rebroadcast of CSI: NY, on a special night and time, Saturday, July 16 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Famed Hip Hop Impresario Master P guest stars as mogul Kevin Vick.

As the CSIs track down clues surrounding the murder of DJ Banner, they learn that he signed a record contract a few days before his death with hip-hop mogul Kevin Vick, who they question. Meanwhile, Stella and Danny investigate the death of a fashion designer who was found in her penthouse pool. The case leads them to a sushi restaurant that specializes in food served on nude models.

Regarded as one of music's most successful entrepreneurs, Master P (born Percy Miller) has enjoyed national success as a best-selling hip-hop artist, actor, producer, director, professional basketball player (having played for the Toronto Raptors and the Charlotte Hornets) and clothing designer. His self-owned No Limit Records has sold more than 50 million albums. He has produced eight films, written and directed more than six and starred in over a dozen studio releases as well as several notable television appearances including "Romeo!," a Nickelodeon comedy in which he costars with his son, teen rapper/actor, Lil' Romeo.
