"Silence is Golden" - When a reluctant Michael accompanies Jay on her yoga and meditation weekend, much to Jay's embarrassment, he has trouble with one of the main rules of the retreat -- keeping silent -- on "My Wife and Kids," TUESDAY, JULY 12 (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
