In the second episode of this unscripted series from Emmy Award winner David E. Kelley ("The Practice," "Ally McBeal," "L.A. Law"), managing partner Roy Black lets two of the contestants choose their own teams to try two very different cases. The first case involves two former friends in dispute over a poster jokingly referring to one as a terrorist, and the second concerns a lawsuit filed by a dominatrix. Later, one of the lawyers displays shocking behavior toward a judge when he disagrees with the judge's verdict, and then Black dismisses two more contestants. The remaining contestants will be vying for a $250,000 grand prize.
