"Catching Hell" -- When Doug accidentally spills mayonnaise on one of Carrie's most important business clients while attending a Mets' game, Carrie is forced to pretend that Spence is her husband instead, on a rebroadcast of THE KING OF QUEENS, Monday, Sept. 5 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Rob Schiller directed the script written by Chris Downey. (Originally broadcast 4/20/05)

Following the mayonnaise incident, Carrie bans Doug and Deacon from the skybox and asks Spence to pretend to be her husband. Spence begrudgingly plays the role of Carrie's loving husband, but things get complicated when Carrie's client makes a pass at him.
