SPELLING BEE SPELLS L-I-T-I-G-I-O-U-S SITUATION
ON "HEAD CASES"
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, ON FOX
When Payne is sued for malpractice by the client he was representing at the time of his breakdown, he reluctantly allows Shultz to lead his counsel. A lawyer from Payne's old firm, "Hawkins & Bates," makes damaging accusations about Payne & Shultz's work. When Laurie and Jason (Shultz, too, of course) attend Ryan's elementary school spelling bee, a contestant is "wrongly" disqualified and a litigious situation surfaces. Shultz, a former spelling bee aficionado, enlists Lou to help represent the disqualified student. Meanwhile, Jason and Laurie continue to struggle to balance work and family as their new lives grow in opposite directions in the "Malpractice Makes Perfect" episode of HEAD CASES airing Wednesday, Sept. 28 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
