"Invisible Evidence" -- After key evidence is thrown out in court, the CSI team must combine their resources to find new evidence in order to commit their suspect, on a rebroadcast of CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, on a special time, Thursday, Sept. 15 (10:25-11:25 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Danny Cannon, one of the series executive producers, directed the episode from a script by Josh Berman. (Originally broadcast 11/13/03)

Xander Berkeley ("24") guest stars as the new sheriff who looks for Warrick to take the fall for the suspect going free.

Warrick testifies in a rape/murder trial, but the defense gets the key piece of evidence -- a bloody knife -- thrown out on a technicality.
