When people start swinging after a round of golf, Payne scores another challenging case and convinces a doubting Lou that they have winning shot, and the legal shenanigans begin. Meanwhile, Shultz heads a case when his down-and-out (and drunk) friend Max resurfaces after faking his death seeking royalties for his lost "artwork." Although Max has committed fraud for faking his death, Shultz sets out to prove that he deserves a fair deal. An overcompensating Payne throws an amazing party for his son Ryan, and while the kids have a blast, Shultz hooks up with one of Laurie's hot friends in the "In the Club" episode of HEAD CASES airing Wednesday, Oct. 5 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
