Kelly and special appearances by 50 Cent, Lil Jon, Linkin Park, Chris Brown, Carmen Electra, Bo Bice, Nick Cannon, Chingy, Hulk & Brooke Hogan and the Blue Man Group, THE BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS is the only award show that recognizes the year's leading artists and songs as determined by performance on Billboard's weekly charts. Tom Petty will receive the Century Award and Kanye West will receive this year's Artist Achievement Award when THE 2005 BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena Tuesday, Dec. 6 (8:00-10:00 ET live/tape-delayed PT) on FOX.
