Academy Award winner Jodie Foster ("The Silence of the Lambs," "The Accused") stars in the suspense thriller PANIC ROOM, to be broadcast on a special night, Saturday, March 4 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
Meg Altman (Foster), recently divorced from a magnate, moves with her teenage daughter, Sarah (Kristen Stewart), into an elaborate New York City brownstone, equipped with a highly secure panic room. When a trio of burglars, Junior (Jared Leto), Burnham (Forest Whitaker) and Raoul (Dwight Yoakam) invade the house, they soon find out that what the intruders want is locked inside the panic room with them. A state of siege quickly sets in as the women try to outlast the thieves, who will stop at nothing, including murder.
PANIC ROOM was directed by David Fincher ("Fight Club") and written by David Koepp ("The War of the Worlds") for Columbia Pictures.
