TNT�s hit Monday line-up continues with the network�s top-notch original series � THE CLOSER and SAVED � continue Monday, July 10. This week, THE CLOSER�s lead character, Brenda Leigh Johnson (Golden Globe� and Screen Actors Guild Award� nominee Kyra Sedgwick) gets tangled in an investigation involving her own officers at 9 p.m. (ET/PT). And on SAVED at 10 p.m. (ET/PT), Wyatt Cole (Tom Everett Scott) faces family issues as his father�s big birthday celebration approaches.
THE CLOSER�s premiere episode on Monday, June 12, scored ad-supported cable�s largest audience delivery ever for an original scripted series telecast, beating its own record set with the premiere episode of season one. Meanwhile, SAVED scored big in its premiere, ranking as ad-supported cable�s top new original scripted series debut of the year.

Murder hits close to home after Detective Lt. Provenza (G.W. Bailey � M*A*S*H, St. Elsewhere, Police Academy) and Detective Andy Flynn (Tony Denison � Melrose Place, The Amy Fisher Story) discover a dead body in Provenza�s garage. Their desire to make it to a Dodgers game on time, however, leads to the body�s disappearance and Provenza and Flynn�s being interrogated by Deputy Chief Brenda Johnson (Sedgwick). It soon becomes a race against time as the Priority Homicide Division tries to cover for its negligence and solve the case before the Robbery Homicide Division gets its hands on it.
