TNT�s hit Monday line-up continues with the network�s top-notch original series � THE CLOSER and SAVED � continue Monday, July 10. This week, THE CLOSER�s lead character, Brenda Leigh Johnson (Golden Globe� and Screen Actors Guild Award� nominee Kyra Sedgwick) gets tangled in an investigation involving her own officers at 9 p.m. (ET/PT). And on SAVED at 10 p.m. (ET/PT), Wyatt Cole (Tom Everett Scott) faces family issues as his father�s big birthday celebration approaches.

THE CLOSER�s premiere episode on Monday, June 12, scored ad-supported cable�s largest audience delivery ever for an original scripted series telecast, beating its own record set with the premiere episode of season one. Meanwhile, SAVED scored big in its premiere, ranking as ad-supported cable�s top new original scripted series debut of the year.

As the date approaches for his father�s big 60th birthday party bash, Wyatt Cole (Scott) is hardly in the mood to celebrate: he�s up to his ears in gambling debts; his enormously successful brother, Robbie, insists on roping him into party planning; and he�s still licking his wounds after being dumped by Alice (Elizabeth Reaser � The Family Stone).

But despite money and personal problems, Wyatt presses on in his daily life as an EMT with his paramedic partner John �Sack� Hallon (Omari Hardwick � Beauty Shop, Sucker Free City). They assist a beautiful � if rather dense - underwear model after her beloved Lassa Apso is attacked by Pit Bulls. But the Lifeshield paramedics once again tangle with rival EMT Kroll, leading Kroll to take rather extreme steps to impress this damsel in distress.

Wyatt and Sack also transport demanding liver transplant patient Lexi back to Good Samaritan Hospital for what she hopes will be a successful transplant. Unfortunately, things don�t turn out the way she and Wyatt had hoped.

Meanwhile, paramedic Angela de la Cruz (Tracy Vilar � The Steve Harvey Show, ER) and newbie EMT Harper Sims (Michael McMillian � What I Like About You, Firefly) are called to help out an elderly man with advanced lymphoma. It�s clear the man is about to die, but his adult daughter insists he has a DNAR order, while his wife demands that they take him to the hospital. The issue becomes a heart-breaking tug-of-war for all involved.

After learning that his son is gifted, Sack decides to send him to Westbrook Academy, the same school Wyatt attended. The interview process, however, winds up putting a little spice in Sack�s personal life.

The night of Martin�s (David Clennon � thirtysomething, Syriana) birthday celebration arrives, and not only does Wyatt find the guest list surprising, he also hears some eye-opening news in his father�s speech, news that could send shockwaves into Wyatt�s future.
