TOM FOSS FINDS A WAY TO KEEP WATCH OVER KYLE IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF �KYLE XY�

Burbank, CA (July 12, 2006) � As Kyle starts to adjust to his new living arrangements, Tom Foss sets up a system to keep a constant eye on Kyle and the Trager Family in �This Is Not A Test,� an all-new episode of �Kyle XY,� Monday, July 24 (8:00 � 9:00 PM ET/PT).

On a quiet afternoon Nicole Trager is enjoying a kid-free day in the house by herself, at least that�s what she thinks. When she hears an upstairs window break she realizes she might just not be alone�and she is correct. Tom Foss, the mystery man, has broken in and planted bugs throughout the Trager household. But as quickly as he sneaks in, he quickly leaves�totally undetected.

Meanwhile, it is the first day of high school for the Trager kids and the only one excited to go is Kyle. But will Kyle be able to impress everyone at the school with his abilities or will the new atmosphere be more of a challenge than Kyle thought?
