BRINGING DOWN THE HOUSE MAKES ITS FOX NETWORK PREMIERE FRIDAY, JULY 28, ON FOX
Peter Sanderson (Steve Martin) is a divorced, straight-laced, uptight attorney who still loves his ex-wife and cant figure out what he did to make her leave him. Nevertheless, Peter is trying to move on, and hes become smitten with a brainy, bombshell barrister he met online. But when she comes to his house for their first face-to-face, she isnt refined, she isnt Ivy League, and she isnt even a lawyer. No, shes Charlene Morton (Queen Latifah), a prison escapee whos proclaiming her innocence and wants Peter to help her clear her name. Peter wants nothing to do with her, prompting the loud and shocking Charlene to turn Peters perfectly ordered life upside-down, jeopardizing his efforts to get back with his wife and woo a billion-dollar client. In the end, this unlikely pair has the chance to put each others lives on higher ground if they dont end up BRINGING DOWN THE HOUSE Friday, July 28 (8:00-10:00 PM ET) on FOX.
