In order to serve as a good example to Jake, who has been disrespectful lately to his mother, Charlie and Alan grudgingly agree to throw their own mother a party to celebrate her real estate achievements. Berta suggests that they hire her sister, Daisy, who owns a catering company. But having recently split with her husband, an emotionally unhinged Daisy throws a party that is unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
