"Change of Station" -- When the Unit heads to Pakistan on a mission, a key member of the team stays behind as he prepares to leave Fort Griffith and his Unit family for good, on the second season premiere of THE UNIT, Tuesday, Sept. 19 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Steven DePaul directed the episode written by David Mamet, one of the series' executive producers.

As Mack and Tiffy uneasily proceed with plans to leave Unit life behind, Mack's former team members are out in the field dealing with struggles of their own. After carrying out one mission to intercept a package in Pakistan, the Unit must regroup and focus on executing a second mission in order to stop a plan to spread a deadly disease throughout the western world. Meanwhile, when Tiffy helps a student in need, she realizes the true impact of leaving the Unit. Also on the home front, Kim and Bob welcome a new addition to their family.

THE UNIT is an action drama that follows a covert team of special forces operatives as they risk their lives on undercover missions around the globe, while their wives maintain the homefront, protecting their husbands' secrets. Jonas Blane leads the unit on missions out in the field and is responsible for taking elite new recruit Bob Brown under his wing. The Unit includes Jonas, Colonel Tom Ryan, Mack Gerhardt, Charles Grey, Hector Williams and Bob Brown, all highly skilled soldiers whose ability to rely on each other in life threatening situations creates their unique brotherhood. Jonas's wife, Molly, is the base matriarch who comforts and counsels "the Unit's" wives as they cope with the fear and uncertainty they experience when their husbands leave home. Molly, Tiffy Gerhardt and Kim help each other deal with the secret lives they must lead.

THE UNIT is produced by Twentieth Century Fox Television. David Mamet and Shawn Ryan are the executive producers.
