�Grey�s Anatomy: Complications of the Heart� � Before the much-anticipated season premiere of �Grey�s Anatomy� at 9:00 p.m., ET, a one-hour clip special will bring viewers up to speed on the joyous and tragic moments of the Seattle Grace doctors� lives, THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Narrated by Joe the bartender (played by Steven W. Bailey), �Complications of the Heart� examines the key moments from Season Two, leading up to the season premiere -- Izzie�s failed efforts to save her fianc�s life, Meredith�s budding romance with veterinarian Finn Dandridge, Derek and Meredith�s tryst at the Prom, and Burke�s struggles after being wounded at the hospital from an accidental gunshot.

The special will also include an exclusive, never-before-seen extended version of the music video for The Fray�s single, �How to Save a Life.� The music video combines The Fray�s title track video with scenes from the upcoming season.

�Grey�s Anatomy� stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Isaiah Washington as Preston Burke, Katherine Heigl as Isobel �Izzie� Stevens, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, T.R. Knight as George O�Malley, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, Kate Walsh as Addison Shepherd and Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres.

Guest Cast: Chris O�Donnell as Finn Dandridge, Steven W. Bailey as Joe and Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Denny. Other guest cast TBD.

�Grey�s Anatomy� is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC�s selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning.
