WHEN MICHAEL LEARNS THAT HIS PREDECESSOR HAS DIED, HE TRIES TO GUIDE THE DUNDER MIFFLIN STAFF THROUGH THEIR SUPPOSED GRIEF -- After learning that his old boss, the former regional manager, has died, Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) attempts to guide the Dunder Mifflin staff through their grief as he searches for the right way to honor a company man.
