A RHINESTONE COWGIRL WHO LETS HER COWBOY RUN THE RANGE SWAPS WITH A DEMANDING MOM WHOSE CLEANING MACHINE HUSBAND WAITS ON HER HAND AND FOOT, ON ABCS WIFE SWAP

This week on Mink/Oaks, a super-traditional cowgirl married to a perfectionist rodeo-show cowboy swaps with a demanding wife who rules the roost while her husband cleans it, on Wife Swap, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13 (8:00-9:00pm, ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Each week from across the country, two families with very different values are chosen to take part in a two-week long challenge. The wives from these two families exchange husbands, children and lives (but not bedrooms) to discover just what its like to live another womans life. Its a mind-blowing experiment that often ends up changing their lives forever.

When Kimberly Mink (29) married husband Dan (47), she and her son, Cody (11), sacrificed their normal lives to fulfill Dans dream of being a traveling cowboy performer. The Rhinestone Ropers are on the road 42 weeks a year, living out of a converted semi truck. They have no permanent residence, traveling coast to coast and border to border, entertaining audiences at schools and fairgrounds as frequently as three times a day. Perfectionist Dan is an expert at trick roping, bullwhip cracking, knife throwing and quick-draw shooting, and he demands the same level of excellence from his wife and step-son. Since meeting Dan, Kimberly has become the world record holder in Womens Big Loop spinning, and Cody is now a two-time world champion Texas skip racer. Dan holds them to the highest standard when it comes to the show and is quick to point out the slightest mistake in their performances. He has similarly high standards for domestic duties, which he believes are solely Kimberlys domain. In addition to her responsibilities for the show, Kim is expected to keep the semi sparkling and to whip up meals that are healthy and served hot to Dan. Cody spends his day home-schooling, performing, practicing and helping with the show.

Kimberly leaves the show and the life on the road to move into the Oaks family home in Ohio, where working mom Rebecca (30), husband Warren (30) and sons Richard (10) and Donovan (8) reside. Warren serves her breakfast in bed and sings to her every morning, and happily accepts a honey-do list from her every day. Warren cleans so much that the kids gave him a world championship cleaning belt which he proudly displays on the mantel. Warren vacuums, washes and folds laundry, makes the beds and dusts the furniture. Rebecca claims she is the supervisor, manager and CEO of her family and doesnt clean or cook, relying on Warren to do all the chores. Their sons attend public school, play sports and have many friends. They have no responsibilities, and feel that Rebecca doesnt spend enough time with them either.

In the first week of the swap, Rebecca has trouble adapting to her new traveling lifestyle in the rodeo show, especially catering to the head of the households every need. Kimberly, on the other hand, has trouble accepting her new role giving the commands, with Warren granting her every wish.

In the second week of the swap, when the wives change the rules and turn the tables, Rebecca retires the semi, rents the Rhinestone Ropers a real house and enrolls Cody in public school so he can meet some friends. She gives Dan a chore list and makes him serve her breakfast in bed with a song every morning. Meanwhile, Kimberly tries to teach Warren how to stand up for himself and become a real man the only way she knows how -- by bringing out the cowboy in him. She harnesses Donovan and Richards energy by teaching them guitar and rope tricks, while Warren rounds up cattle, gaining respect from his boys.

At the end of the swap, when the couples are reunited, will Kimberly finally stand up to her husband and demand more respect for herself and Cody? Will Rebecca realize she needs to spend more time being a mother and wife and less time being a relentless taskmaster?
