CBS NEWS' "48 HOURS MYSTERY" CORRESPONDENT ERIN MORIARTY SPEAKS EXCLUSIVELY TO JOHN RAMSEY IN HIS FIRST INTERVIEW SINCE THE DEATH OF PATSY RAMSEY AND THE ARREST OF JOHN MARK KARR -- THIS SATURDAY, NOV. 25
After nearly a decade since the murder of his six-year-old daughter, JonBenet, John Ramsey talks with 48 Hours Mystery's Erin Moriarty about the loss of his wife to cancer in June of this year, and, later, the arrest of the man who, for a short time, the world believed to be his daughter's killer. John opens up about his grief and, when asked if he thought it was possible that the 41-year-old Karr, a man obsessed with both Patsy and JonBenet, might show up at his doorstep, Ramsey answered, "Absolutely." But Ramsey went on to say, "You can't live your life in fear." Ramsey also reveals what he knew about the Karr investigation and talks about how he even offered to authorities to meet Karr if it would help finally catch JonBenet's killer. Ramsey also speaks candidly about what Patsy believed about the pending capture of JonBenet's killer, right up until she lost her own battle with ovarian cancer.
The broadcast also investigates new leads in the murder of JonBenet and reports on shocking new evidence in the case on 48 HOURS: "Decade of Mystery," Saturday Nov. 25 (10:00 --11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
