GETTING TO KNOW YOU - ELIZABETH BANK'S ("THE 40-YEAR OLD VIRGIN") GUEST STARS - J.D. (Zach Braff) spends time getting to know the future mother of his child, Kim (Elizabeth Banks), and finds that they are surprisingly compatible. Meanwhile, Turk (Donald Faison) gets nervous when Carla (Judy Reyes) starts contemplating returning to work now that the baby is born. Thinking he won't be able to support his family he begins giving medical advice on the side for a quick buck. Elsewhere, Elliot (Sarah Chalke) contemplates moving into private practice while Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) finds new ways to torture her sensibilities. All the while the Janitor (Neil Flynn) leads a strike of the support staff to convince Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) that they need dental insurance.
