CBS Sports presents an action-packed line-up of college sports on Saturday, Dec. 2 highlighted by the SEC Championship game (6:00-9:00 PM, ET), featuring Western Division Champion and *No. 8-ranked Arkansas versus Eastern Division Champion and *No. 4-ranked Florida at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Ga.

The 107th meeting of the Army-Navy football classic, one of the greatest rivalries in all of sports, is broadcast live from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pa. (2:30-6:00 PM, ET).

Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson, CBS Sports' lead college football announce team, call the action from Atlanta with Tracy Wolfson reporting from the sidelines. Craig Silver, the Network's coordinating producer of college football, produces and Steve Milton directs. CBS Sports' national broadcast of the SEC Championship also is broadcast in HDTV.

THE NFL TODAY's studio analyst Boomer Esiason does double duty as he moves from the studio into the booth to serve as game analyst alongside Ian Eagle for the Army-Navy contest. Sam Ryan serves as reporter. Steve Scheer produces and Mark Grant directs. The Army-Navy contest also will be broadcast in HDTV.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL TODAY, CBS Sports' pre-game, halftime and post-game studio show, with Tim Brando and Spencer Tillman, keep viewers updated with scores and highlights on all the games throughout the afternoon. The Atlanta Journal Constitution's Tony Barnhart reports live from the SEC Championship game. (On SEC, Florida and BCS): The SEC has to start positioning itself with this game, and the rest of the Bowl season, and understand the importance of all these games for next year. They can't ease up now. They set the tone for next year's rankings with this game and the Bowl games. If Florida wins, they should say they have a shot at the National Championship game. That has been my biggest disappointment with the SEC in my first year. Sometimes they don't understand how good they are. They seem to be very polite about their place in this BCS. They should be banging their drum saying they have the best conference. If you win our conference with one loss and there are other one-loss teams out there, the SEC team should be the team in the game. Will they win that argument? I don't know. But I don't know why they aren't making that argument loud and for everyone to hear. If USC loses and they bypass the champion of the SEC with one loss, the SEC will go crazy over that, and rightfully so.

(On Darren McFadden's 2007 Heisman Campaign): Darren McFadden started last week and I anticipate him continuing this week with the beginning of his Heisman campaign. Just like Troy Smith began last year with the Michigan and Notre Dame games, to put himself in position for 2006. McFadden is doing the same thing with last week's game against LSU and this week's game with Florida, to position himself as the front-runner for next year's Heisman.

(Game Notes): Is it really possible that the two teams meeting for the Championship game that one doesn't have a kicker and the other is still searching for a quarterback?...This game features the team that is the most physical offensive team (Arkansas) against the most physical defensive team (Florida) in the SEC�Arkansas will not be intimidated by Florida's helmets, motions, two quarterbacks, etc. They won't be intimidated by any of that because they are going to line-up man-to-man the whole day and challenge for it. Just like they have done it all year. They have done it with everyone and they won't change for Florida�If Florida is going to beat Arkansas they aren't going to trick them, they are going to have to beat them. If you are going to beat Arkansas you are going to have to buckle up your chin straps because they are going to find out who is the toughest guy on the field.
