FOUR OLD FRIENDS FROM HIGH SCHOOL RECONNECT AND DISCOVER THEIR LIVES HAVEN�T GONE AS PLANNED, ON �IN CASE OF EMERGENCY,� PREMIERING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 3 ON ABC

�Pilot� -- Jason (David Arquette), Harry (Jonathan Silverman), Sherman (Greg Germann) and Kelly (Kelly Hu) are old friends from high school who find themselves at that stage where they realize that their lives haven�t turned out exactly the way they�d planned. Unhappily divorced greeting card writer Harry goes for a relaxing �massage� only to discover his scantily clad �therapist� is Kelly, their high school valedictorian, who�s had her own fall from grace. Diet Guru Sherman returns home to discover his wife has left him and taken everything he owns; devastated by the loss, he hijacks a bakery truck and binges on all its contents. Faced with imprisonment for his role in a corporate scandal, financial whiz Jason botches his suicide attempt only to shoot himself in the foot � literally. �In Case of Emergency� premieres WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 3 (9:30-10:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.

Over the course of one crazy evening, a series of calamities reunites this hapless brood at Los Angeles Westside Hospital, where they all find themselves under the care of a reluctant Dr. Joanna (Lori Loughlin). Jason receives medical treatment from Dr. Joanna, whom he instantly falls for. Kelly�s jealous cop boyfriend, Frank (Lee Reherman), tracks Harry down from his driver�s license, left at the massage parlor; Harry thinks he�s managed to calm him down, but then Frank punches him out and flees, so Harry ends up at the hospital too, and is also attended to by Dr. Joanna. There, Jason and Harry both see news footage of Sherman�s arrest for hijacking the bakery truck. Later the four friends seek refuge at Harry�s while their lives take a freefall.

�In Case of Emergency� stars David Arquette (�Scream�) as Jason Ventress, Jonathan Silverman (�Weekend at Bernies�s,� �Caddyshack 2�) as Harry Kennison, Greg Germann (�All McBeal�) as Sherman Yablonsky and Kelly Hu (�The Scorpion King�) as Kelly Lee. Also starring are Lori Loughlin (�Full House,� �Summerland�) as Dr. Joanna and Jackson Bond (�The Invasion�) as Dylan.

Guest starring are Lee Reherman as Frank, Charlie Hartsock as gunstore clerk, Gary �G Thang� Johnson as officer, George Sharperson as Omar, Jennifer Echols as Mrs. Minivitz and Natsuko Ohama as Madam.
