Sweet Child O' Mine -- When Allison (Emmy winner Patricia Arquette) develops strong maternal feelings for a teenage boy accused of killing his former boss, it interferes with her ability to remain impartial about the case. Meanwhile, (Maria Lark) Bridget brings home a stray dog, and Joe (Jake Weber) must find a way to tell her the dog doesn't have long to live.
