Sara Rue ("Less Than Perfect") guest stars as Berta's pregnant daughter, Naomi.

When Berta brings her pregnant daughter -- the one she thought would make something of herself -- to Charlie's house to help clean, Alan gets to satisfy one of his secret fetishes. Meanwhile, Charlie ventures out of his familiar Malibu surroundings and gets to see the other side of the tracks when Berta drags him with her to deal with the guy who knocked up her little girl.
