VIDAL SASSOON GUEST JUDGES BRAVO'S 'SHEAR GENIUS' FINALE ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 30 AT 10 PM ET/PT

www.BravoTV.com Tests Users' "Shear Genius" With Online Challenges

NEW YORK - May 24, 2007 - The godfather of hair and styling industry giant, Vidal Sassoon joins the finale judging panel to name the inaugural winner of Bravo's "Shear Genius" on Wednesday, May 30 at 10 PM ET/PT. The three remaining stylists, Anthony, the cool-headed stylist extraordinaire from across the pond; Daisy, the perky Miamian who has landed in the top two in almost every episode; and Ben, the rock and roll stylist out of Chicago, will face-off for the final and most challenging task yet. Each competitor will be challenged with completing three styles that tell a distinct story the 'Nancy Kwan Bob,' a precision cut made famous by Vidal Sassoon; a style with color; and they will have complete creative license on the last look.

The winner of "Shear Genius" will be awarded with $100,000 in seed money from Nexxus and a chance to style hair for an Allure magazine feature.

On Wednesday, May 30 at 10 PM ET, a new at-home creative challenge will be posted on www.BravoTV.com and fans will be encouraged to submit entries proving that they are "Shear Genius." Finalists are selected and after a week of online voting, the person with the most votes wins a prize from Nexxus. Additionally, fans can get new salon gossip texted to their mobile phones each week and on WAP.BravoTV.com users can find weekly photo diaries, interactive polls, Q&A's with the stylists and judges, video styling tips and much more.

Following are bios on the finalists:

ANTHONY
AGE: 40
HOMETOWN: Hertfordshire, England
CURRENT SALON: Londoner Salon and Day Spa in Manhattan Beach, California

When Anthony embarked on an extended vacation across America, he promised family and friends that he'd return but that was 17 years ago. Smitten by sun-drenched California, he knew it was the place he wanted to call home.

"If you have ambition and are dedicated, you can really do well because America certainly tries to encourage and support the small businesses," says Anthony. After training in London's West End, Anthony worked as a stylist for Splinters, trained at Vidal Sassoon and opened his own salon, before he made the trip across the Atlantic. Today, he runs his own hair and beauty business, Londoner Salon And Day Spa in Los Angeles' Manhattan Beach district. Anthony also travels the world educating other hairstylists and salon professionals, as well as his own team at the Londoner Academy.

BEN
AGE: 32
HOMETOWN: Chicago, Illinois
CURRENT SALON: Private clientele

A rocker through-and-through, Ben grew up in a family of teachers. He has been a stylist for 13 years, but always has had a life-long passion for music. Currently he styles the locks of private clientele coming from all walks of life and has set-up shop at a music store called Dynamite Music in Griffith, Indiana.

DAISY
AGE: 31
HOMETOWN: Hialeah, Florida
CURRENT SALON: Om Beauty Co. an AVEDA concept salon in Miami, Florida

From her 8th grade teacher to family friends, to peers for prom and formals, Daisy loved styling everyone's hair from an early age. Finally she landed a receptionist position at a hair salon and this marked the beginning of her career in the fast-paced hair styling business.

Currently, a stylist and salon owner in Miami, Daisy considers herself "forever a student." She constantly educates herself and travels at least four times a year, taking advanced education courses.
