TOM ARNOLD RETURNS AS A GUEST TALENT SCOUT FOR THE FINAL ROUNDS OF THE LAST COMIC SEMI-FINALS -- In the final round of the semi-finals, top comedians from around the world perform their funniest routines in hopes to secure the last five finalist spots. The final ten will later compete for the title of "Last Comic Standing."
