THOUSANDS COME OUT TO SEE THE TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE SIX KIDS, DR. MUI�OS AND SHAQ MEET WITH THE FAMILIES FOR MEDICAL DIAGNOSES, AND SHAQ AND THE KIDS MEET WITH THE GOVERNOR OF FLORIDA, ON THE SEASON FINALE OF "SHAQ'S BIG CHALLENGE," JULY 31 ON ABC

"Episode 106" � In the Season Finale, thousands turn out to see the incredible transformations of the six kids, as Shaq, "Doc" and Tarik conduct the final critical President's test in front of a packed stadium; Dr. Mui�os and Shaq meet with the families to deliver the final medical diagnoses; Shaq gathers the final results on his school lunch, P.E. and after-school programs; and Shaq, the kids and the entire team all meet with the Governor of Florida to push for statewide programs which could affect millions of children in the state, on "Shaq's Big Challenge," TUESDAY, JULY 31 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Shaquille O'Neal is aided by six specialists -- Shaq's own physician and trainer, Dr. Carlon "Doc" Colker, M.D.; personal trainer Tarik Tyler; nutritionist Joy Bauer; childhood obesity expert Dr. William Mui�os, M.D. from Miami Children's Hospital; Food Network celebrity chef Tyler Florence; and Shaq's Louisiana State University coach, Dale Brown.

Executive producers are Rick Ringbakk, Greg Goldman, Shaquille O'Neal, Chris Coelen, Christopher Handy, Perry Rogers, Michael Parris and Stephen Lambert. The series is produced by RDF USA. It is based on the hit U.K. series, "Unfit Kids."

"Shaq's Big Challenge" is broadcast with Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning.
