After Sara N. was sent packing her knives for her less than stellar milkshakes and under-seasoned sliders, the remaining eight chef'testants' battle to create the most "adventuresome" burger in the eighth installment of Bravo's Emmy-nominated "Top Chef 3 Miami" (Wed, August 15 at 10-11:00p.m ET/PT). In the elimination challenge, special guest judge Daniel Boulud (Chef and owner of Daniel and DB Bistro in NYC) has high expectations of the remaining contenders as they split into two teams to create a restaurant concept, develop the menu and serve meals to their toughest critics yet � the public. Boulud joins the judges' table this week alongside host Padma Lakshmi, head judge Tom Colicchio, and judges Ted Allen and Gail Simmons.
