"Episode 110" � In another hilarious edition of "Just for Laughs," WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 (9:30-10:00 p.m., ET), a traffic cop stops one pedestrian walking through a park while allowing all others to walk on by, a male boogie boarder dressed in a bikini asks for directions, innocent bystanders emerge from an Andy Gump and are met with applause by a crowd of people, and a police officer must relieve himself in a nearby bush in the midst of a traffic stop.
