On Wednesday, September 19 @ 10 PM ET/PT, it's a pressure cooker for the final five chef 'testants on this episode of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami" as they struggle to recreate a dish made famous by special guest judge Sirio Maccioni (Owner of famed Le Cirque in NYC).
