Chef Eric Ripert Serves As Special Guest Judge In Part One Of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami" Finale In Aspen

NEW YORK � September 24, 2007 � The final four chef 'testants; Casey, Dale, Hung and Brian bring their culinary game to Aspen in part one of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami" finale on Wednesday, September 26 at 10PM ET/PT. The winner of "Top Chef 3 Miami" will be revealed in a first ever supersized live finale in Chicago, home to season four of "Top Chef," on Wednesday, October 3 from 10-11:15 PM ET.

In part one the final four face-off in the quickfire challenge by the Frying Pan River, as they scramble to clean, gut and prepare trout for the judges; host Padma Lakshmi, head judge Tom Colicchio, judge Gail Simmons and special guest judge, Eric Ripert, Executive Chef at Le Bernardin in New York. Then it's off to the rodeo for a hoe down where they mingle with cowboys and cowgirls before they face-off in the complicated elimination challenge.
