"Episode 114" � The pranksters are at it again on "Just for Laughs," TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET), on ABC. Unsuspecting passersby watch a dog that mysteriously changes breeds, a giant parking meter confuses motorists, firefighters strip down for photos with surprised tourists, and in a "Just for Laughs" favorite, a woman sitting in a freezer frightens people looking to purchase a bag of ice. "Just for Laughs" television shows are seen in over 125 countries and on over 95 airlines around the world, and in the past have been seen in the U.S. on MTV, Showtime, HBO, BBC America and Fox. Its annual festival is the world's largest and most prestigious comedy event, welcoming over two million people each summer.
