STEPHEN BALDWIN ASKS TO RESIGN FROM THE COMPETITION ON THIS WEEK'S 'THE CELEBRITY APPRENTICE'

Vera Wang Guest Stars

Windows Come to Life As Celebrities Work Around The Clock to Create Store Front Living Displays For Vera Wang Mattresses By Serta On Thursday, February 7, 9PM ET/PT

NEW YORK February 4, 2008 The aftermath of last week's explosive episode of double-crossing, espionage, and lying continues as Stephen Baldwin asks to resign from the competition due to the conflicts between him and Piers. Meanwhile, the women's Team Empresario and the crumbling men's Team Hyrdra are each given an empty storefront, models, a construction crew and mattresses to create a living window to promote Vera Wang mattresses by Serta. One team struggles with the leadership of their project manager, as they are asked to raise their hands before speaking, and the fallout from the Vinny and Piers fiasco continues to affect the various team members.

In the end, Vera Wang and the Serta executive choose the best window display, and a celebrity from the losing team goes home on Thursday, February 7 (9:00 PM 10:00 PM ET/PT).

Trump's eyes and ears on the task are his son Donald Trump Jr. and longtime advisor George Ross.

Tiffany Fallon, Nadia Comaneci, Gene Simmons, and Jennie Finch were the four celebrities fired by Donald Trump. In last week's explosive two-hour episode, Soprano's star Vinny Pastore resigned as the competition had taken an ugly turn when the prior 24 hours events came to light in the boardroom. Each team was asked to create an awareness campaign for Crocs' "Soles United" shoe donation program. The remaining celebrity "candidates" competing for charity are: Trace Adkins, Carol Alt, Stephen Baldwin, Nely Galan, Marilu Henner, Lennox Lewis, Piers Morgan, Omarosa, and Tito Ortiz.

"The Celebrity Apprentice" is produced by Mark Burnett Productions in association with Trump Productions LLC. Mark Burnett, Donald Trump are executive producers, Eden Gaha and Page Feldman are co-executive producers.
