NEW YORK � April 24, 2008 � When life gives the chefs lemons, they must make lemonade�using one ingredient and making it into a healthy meal � with only a microwave. Then, Oprah's personal chef Art Smith (Chef and owner of TABLE fifty-two) stops by to show the chef 'testants how cooking well can also change the world, on Wednesday April 30 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

In the fifth episode of Bravo's "Step It Up & Dance," the contestants learn that dancing is not just about moving to the music, the most successful performers know how to truly become a character. The dancers show off their acting skills for television star and Tony Award-winning actor, Jason Alexander ("Seinfeld"), who is the director of the musical theater company Reprise. For the season's fifth challenge, the dancers learn choreography from the Broadway classic "Damn Yankees" and Alexander and famed choreographer Lee Martino serve as the guest judges. One dancer will be declared the winner and another dancer will be eliminated.
