IN THE SEASON FINALE, KELLY PRESTON'S ("THE TENTH CIRCLE," "DEATH SENTENCE") ARC AS AN ATTRACTIVE VENTURE CAPITALIST IN BUSINESS WITH JOE AND ALLISON'S INVESTIGATION INTO A HAUNTED HOUSE BOTH COME TO UNFORSEEN CONCLUSIONS -- Allison's (Emmy winner Patricia Arquette) attempt to sooth a young couple's concerns that their "dream home" is haunted leads to unexpected misery -- and murder. Meanwhile, Joe (Jake Weber) fights to save his stake in his solar-powered invention when faced with Meghan Doyle's (Kelly Preston, "The Tenth Circle," "Death Sentence") determination to sell her controlling interest -- and his solar power-based invention -- outright to another company. Later, with his lead in the D.A's race slipping, Tom Van Dyke (guest star John Prosky, "Boston Legal") decides to strike against Devalos (Miguel Sandoval) through a friend.
