MIKE MUST INFILTRATE A RACING GANG WITH THE HELP OF AN OLD ARMY BUDDY � Mike (Justin Bruening) reunites with a former Army buddy (guest star Johnny Messner, �The O.C.�) to bring down a drag racing gang that is smuggling weapons overseas.
