"EASY MONEY" (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET)

"COLLATERAL DAMAGE" (TV-14, DS) (HDTV)

BOBETTE BARES HER TEETH WHILE TRYING TO ASSUAGE MORGAN'S MISGIVINGS -- Bobette (Laurie Metcalf) is just shy of outraged when her middle son Morgan (Jeff Hephner) confronts her directly about the inconsistencies in her stories about his upbringing. Bobette is forced to reveal what secrets remain about Morgan becoming a Buffkin. She takes her frustration out on Marietta (guest star Susan Leslie, "Scrubs") an insolent debtor who strolls into Prestige Payday Loans on the wrong day. On the outs with his mother, Morgan turns to friend George (Ravi Patel, "Scrubs") who offers little sympathy. He then has kooky P.I. Barry (Judge Reinhold "The Santa Clause 3," "Swing Vote") track down a lead which could reveal more about who he is. Grad student Julia (Marsha Thomason) wonders why Detective Yapp (Chris Browning) has come around asking about her research and her lab partner Damon (Chad Brummett) is acting suspicious. Brandy (Katie Lowes) and her husband Mike (Joe Peracchio) are still riding a wave of financial pressure, and Mike gets an unpleasant visit in his own home when Prestige's new rivals come to collect. That leaves Buffkin paterfamilias Roy (Nick Searcy "Rodney," "Boston Legal"), who remains even-keeled, giving Morgan his warm perspective on his adoptive son. Jay Ferguson, Michelle Griego, Gary Farmer, Joseph Negus, Peter Navy Tuiasosopo, Andy Brooks and Jesus Mayorga also star. Rick Wallace directed the episode written by Bob Lowry and executive producers Diane Frolov & Andrew Schneider (#103).
