COOLIO AND SON COLLIDE AS EMOTIONS FLARE ON SPECIAL TWO-HOUR SEASON FINALE OF "COOLIO'S RULES"

Premieres on Oxygen Tuesday, November 25 at 10PM ET/PT

New York - November 24, 2008 - Father-son tensions between Coolio and Artis come to a head in a special two-hour season finale of "Coolio's Rules," which premieres on Oxygen November 25 10:00PM - 12:00am ET/PT. With his new album release rapidly approaching, Coolio decides to celebrate with a huge party at a hot LA nightclub-and with an important distribution deal on the line, the pressure is on to pull off the perfect party. But Coolio's son Artis sees the event as an opportunity to launch his own musical career and tells his dad he wants to perform.

Coolio doesn't think Artis is ready to take the stage at such an important function so he persuades him to get down to the basics and do a warm-up street performance at the Venice Beach boardwalk. When Coolio tries to give Artis some constructive criticism after the impromptu show, resulting in a breakdown between the two men.

Things don't get any better when Coolio comes home a few days later to find a brand new big screen television in Artis' room. With no job and presumably no money, Artis would have had no means to make such a large purchase. Naturally, Coolio is concerned about where this money is coming from and is even more concerned when he searches Artis' room and finds a huge chunk of cash in a jacket pocket. Artis demands that Coolio give the money back and refuses to disclose the source of these considerable funds. The fight that ensues ends with an unbelievable cliffhanger.

While the father and son drama plays out, Coolio's daughters have matchmaking on the brain. Brandi and Artisha zero in on a cute boy at a hang out in Hollywood and decide he's a perfect candidate for their little sister, Jackie, who has never been on a date. When they go home and tell Coolio they set her up, he insists that he chaperone Jackie on her first date.

And Jackie is not the only one being set up. All three girls decide they need to find their dad a new girlfriend and resort to scouring an internet dating site. After picking out their favorites, they hold clandestine in-person interviews to find the perfect gal for their dad. Coolio, non-the-wiser to these matchmaking machinations, is pleasantly surprised when his daughters tell him they want to take him out for a nice dinner. But the real surprise kicks in when he arrives and his daughters present him with a blind date of their own choosing and excuse themselves to leave Coolio for a romantic date with a perfect stranger.
