At the San Francisco Mail Center, an officer makes a grisly discovery when he X-rays a box from China; what he finds shocks him. And in El Paso, Texas, at the Ysleta port of entry, where one quarter of all illegal drugs entering the U.S. are seized, officers rip apart a sedan in search of its secrets, while at JFK airport in New York, a bag search prompts a deadly avian flu quarantine, on "Homeland Security USA," TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
