A FISHING BOAT STACKED WITH PACKAGES SPEEDS THROUGH
PATROLLED WATERS, TRIGGERING SUSPICIONS IN PUERTO RICO,
ON ABC'S "HOMELAND SECURITY USA"
"Manatees? Y'know. Whatever. They're cool." � In Miami, Florida, U.S. Coast Guard Agent Jesus Vazquez apprehends a young man jet skiing through a manatee zone without proof of registration. In Puerto Rico, the air and marine branch of customs and border protection spot a fishing boat stacked with packages speeding through waters, and when the boat hits shore, a suspect runs to avoid the police, inciting further suspicion. At JFK International Airport in New York, Patrick Van Der Eem, who claims to have cracked the Natalee Holloway case and says he's in the U.S. for television talk show appearances, is held for further questioning about a problem from his past. And a customs protection worker named "Dixie," who is also a beagle, sniffs out some curious lunch in the bag of a passenger arriving from Frankfurt, on "Homeland Security USA," TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET).
