Howie hires a new personal assistant and then asks him to fire the old one. Roving reporter Vic hits the streets to ask people important questions, but ends up annoying them. Howie goes undercover as a ticket agent at a theme park where people give him money, but in return they get nothing. Howie Mandel ("Deal or No Deal") hosts.
