"He Harassed Me, He Harassed Me Not" (CONTENT RATING TBD)
FORMER PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL PLAYER BERNIE KOSAR GUEST STARS AS HIMSELF When Mr. Wick (Craig Ferguson) reads a confidential memo and learns that he will be terminated in a week, he concocts a plan and persuades Mimi (Kathy Kinney) to assist him. Mimi will sue Mr. Wick for sexual harassment; he'll confess and lose the case and they'll split the money from the store's penalty payment. Within sight of Drew (Drew Carey), Mr. Wick sexually harasses Mimi, which she secretly enjoys. As Mr. Wick expected, Drew reports the incident, supporting Mimi's lawsuit. However, Drew becomes suspicious when Oswald (Diedrich Bader) delivers a package addressed to both Mimi and Mr. Wick from a luxury resort. He investigates and exposes their lie. Later, Mr. Wick finds out that he misread the document. The store is actually going to honor him for terminating so many employees. Former professional football player Bernie Kosar makes a special appearance as himself. Sam Simon directed the episode written by Lona Williams (#466264).
