JORDAN AND ELI FIGHT FOR THREE HUNDRED EMPLOYEES WHO'VE BEEN LAID OFF, ON ABC'S "ELI STONE"

"Tailspin" � When Jordan meets room service waiter Doug Stemple, he learns Doug is yet another victim of corporate greed and decides that he and Eli will represent him, on ABC's "Eli Stone," SATURDAY, JULY 4 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET). Doug's former employer, Emerson Financial, suffered losses as a result of poor decision making on the part of its ex-CEO. Consequently Doug and hundreds of Emerson Financial employees were laid off when the company claimed it could no longer afford to pay their salaries; yet its ex-CEO received $43 million when he was dismissed. Eli realizes they must take up the case on behalf of all those who were wrongfully terminated. Meanwhile, he's is having visions of his father on a plane.

"Eli Stone" stars Jonny Lee Miller as Eli Stone, Victor Garber as Jordan Wethersby, Natasha Henstridge as Taylor Wethersby, Loretta Devine as Patti, Sam Jaeger as Matt Dowd, James Saito as Dr. Chen, Matt Letscher as Nathan Stone, Julie Gonzalo as Maggie Dekker and Jason George as Keith Bennett.

Guest stars include Tom Amendes as Martin Posner, Tom Cavanagh as Aaron Stone, Kerr Smith as Paul Rollins and Kurt Fuller as Doug Stemple.

"Tailspin" is directed by Bethany Rooney and written by Andrew Kreisberg and Steve Lichtman.

"Eli Stone" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. This program carries a TV-PG,L parental guideline.

This episode of "Eli Stone" will be available on ABC.com the day after airing on the network for users to watch online.
