DREW ATTENDS HIS FORMER GIRLFRIEND'S WEDDING � Drew (Drew Carey) is upset when he learns that his former girlfriend, Nicki (recurring guest star Kate Walsh), is getting married. The wedding is on a large boat on a lake. Despite his friends' adamant objections, Drew attends with a first date, Margaret (Jana Marie Hupp), whom he hardly knows. To the anger of Nicki's parents, Charlene (recurring guest star Anne Francis) and Chuck (recurring guest star Barry Corbin), Drew repeatedly makes a fool of himself trying to convince Nicki that he doesn't still love her. While dancing, Drew competes with Nicki's new husband and strains his back. After Margaret furiously leaves, Drew is strapped into a basket and airlifted from the boat by a hospital helicopter, while begging Nicki to date him again. Meanwhile, Mr. Wick (Craig Ferguson) returns to work with bizarre crafts projects that he made while detoxifying. And the gang's latest business idea, selling Buzz Beer in tiny wax bottles, fails to impress anyone. Written by Dianne Burroughs & Joey Gutierrez and directed by Gerry Cohen (#467507).
