NEW GAMES FOR EPISODE 5 OF "I SURVIVED A JAPANESE GAME SHOW," AIRING WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, ON ABC

** Bob "Bobaloo" Koenig (Los Angeles, CA) Eliminated **

"Episode 205" -- The craziness continues for Americans competing in Japan when the fifth episode of "I Survived a Japanese Game Show" airs WEDNESDAY, JULY 15 (9:02-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. Bob "Bobaloo" Koenig (Los Angeles, CA) was eliminated on last night's show.

"I Survived a Japanese Game Show" is a hilarious, behind-the-scenes and ground-breaking show giving 12 Americans a real, life-changing adventure by whisking them away to Tokyo to compete in the ultimate Japanese game show. Each week a player will be eliminated and the final winner will take home $250,000. Rome Kanda ("Pink Panther," "Saturday Night Live") is the game show host leading the contestants through all of the zany challenges; Mama-San is the house mother and resident pot stirrer; and Judge Bob is the rarely dynamic but always entertaining referee of the games.

Here are the games in "Episode 205":

SOCCER TIME WITH GRANDPA

Contestants wear comb-over wigs and are dressed as old men and women. While wearing reverse goggles (goggles that affect your depth perception) they try to kick the most balls one-at-a-time into a net in 2 minutes.

MINI GOLF WITH STICKY BALLS

One team using golf clubs tries to stick as many balls as possible in 2 minutes and 45 seconds onto a super sticky playing field, while the opposing team tries to remove the balls from the field. The team on the sticky field with the lowest number balls wins the game.

STRETCHY SQUID FACE

Contestants with pantyhose attached to their heads simultaneously race to each pull apart 15 hanging squid using only their mouths in 2 minutes.

The executive producers are Arthur Smith and Kent Weed for A. Smith & Co. ("Kitchen Nightmares," "Hell's Kitchen"), and David Sidebotham, Karsten Bartholin and Tim Crescenti for Babyfoot APS Denmark. "I Survived a Japanese Game Show" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. This program carries a TV-PG,L parental guideline.
