Powerful mall developers want Drew to sell his house � Drew's (Drew Carey) neighbors sell their houses to an unidentified company that intends to build a huge mall on the site. But Drew refuses to part with his beloved home. However, he learns that the powerful company is Winfred-Louder, and Mrs. Louder (recurring guest star Nan Martin) and Mr. Wick (Craig Ferguson) are extremely eager to convince him to sell his land. After his superiors promise to transport his house to a beautiful lakefront community, Drew hastily signs a contract. But the deal was nothing but a trick. Although half of his house is removed and carted away, Drew refuses to leave the premises. Meanwhile, Lewis (Ryan Stiles) pioneers a new form of exercise that combines aerobics and beer drinking.
