MIMI GETS A BOYFRIEND � Bad profits force Mr. Wick (Craig Ferguson) to order poor Drew (Drew Carey) to terminate dozens of employees, including Drew's cross-dressing brother, Steve (recurring guest star John Carroll Lynch). Feeling guilty, Drew allows Steve to move in with him. When Mimi (Kathy Kinney) first sees Steve in men's clothing, which he found more practical to wear while moving his belongings, she becomes attracted to him. Drew is later revolted by the sight of Steve, wearing women's clothes, kissing Mimi in the kitchen. Drew wants to be tolerant, but after his brother and his enemy have sex on his favorite couch, leaving large articles of women's clothing all over the place, he orders Mimi to leave. Steve becomes extremely depressed because Drew doesn't like the woman he loves. Finally, Drew and Mimi make the ultimate sacrifice and agree not to argue while Steve is near. Mimi and Steve reunite.
