San Diego Chargers Take On Atlanta Falcons for THE NFL ON CBS's Second Preseason Game Following Night on August 29 on CBS Television Network
The CBS Television Network, home of Super Bowl XLIV, begins its 50th year broadcasting the NFL with two preseason games during the 2009 season.
The preseason schedule for THE NFL ON CBS begins on Friday, Aug. 28 (8:00 PM, ET) when the New England Patriots take on the Washington Redskins live in prime time from FedEx Field in Landover, Md. on the CBS Television Network. Jim Nantz and Phil Simms call the action. Lance Barrow produces and Mike Arnold directs.
THE NFL ON CBS concludes it two-game preseason schedule the following night as the San Diego Chargers play the Atlanta Falcons live in prime time on Saturday, Aug. 29 (8:00 PM, ET). Greg Gumbel and Dan Fouts call the game from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Ga. Mark Wolff produces and Bob Fishman directs.
