10/08/2009 (08:00PM - 08:30PM) (Thursday) : JEFF AND SHIRLEY BUILD A FRIENDSHIP THROUGH GOSSIP- Jeff (Joel McHale) and Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) bond by gossiping about Britta's (Gillian Jacobs) new boyfriend. When Jeff tries to stop and be a good friend to Britta, he discovers that gossip is a difficult monster to escape. Meanwhile, Annie (Alison Brie) joins Professor Duncan's (guest star John Oliver) psychology research team and recruits Troy (Donald Glover) and Abed (Danny Pudi) as test subjects. Chevy Chase and Ken Jeong also star.
