Episode 203 ("Mama Mia") � When Erica babysits Baby Max for the first time, her best friend Judith is less than impressed with her inability to follow strict directions on watching her son. Erica returns to her Frosh-boss days to prove she is not the flake Judith believes her to be, on a new episode of "Being Erica," airing WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3 (10:00 � 11:00 p.m., ET/PT) on SOAPnet.

"Mama Mia" was written by Shelley Scarrow and directed by Mike McGowan.

"Being Erica" follows the life of funny, endearing, candid and sexy 33 year-old Erica Strange, a woman who has been given a wonderful gift. Every episode, Erica goes back to relive a regret from her past, in order to come back and make a positive change in her present. The series stars Erin Karpluk (Erica Strange), and Michael Riley (Dr. Tom). "Being Erica" airs on Wednesdays at 10:00 p.m. on SOAPnet.
